Each issuer's health score is computed from three independent signals: Total Value Locked (TVL) stability, market condition alignment, and settlement risk. Scores range from 0-100 and update every engine cycle.
Issuers submit cryptographic proof hashes alongside their asset values. Any wallet can verify an attestation by checking the proof against the on-chain record. Verification is permissionless and costs 0.0001 ETH.
