Section 1

The five-step loop — runs identically at every wave for 400 years

Every wave follows this sequence. It is not a metaphor. It is the mechanism. The engine's E = ΔI/A is the formula for step 2. The curl loops are the fingerprint of step 3. The two-node pattern is the personnel structure of step 4. The wave position metric measures where you are in step 5.

Step 1

State grants infrastructure access

A monopoly charter, a land grant, a broadcast license, a banking charter, a stablecoin framework. The state creates the legal right to control a flow.

Step 2

Private entity captures flows

The entity positioned at the infrastructure node captures every transaction that must pass through it. E = ΔI/A: high information gain, low action cost, maximum efficiency. This is the engine's core measurement.

Step 3

Wealth concentrates

Flow capture compounds. The entity accumulates capital faster than any entity outside the flow can compete. The curl detector finds this as asymmetric loop circulation — clockwise flow in, counterclockwise flow out at different rates.

Step 4

Entity designs the next infrastructure

The concentrated capital is used to design wave N+1. The designers write the rules because they have the resources to participate in rule-writing. This is why Morgan and Warburg were at Jekyll Island. This is why BlackRock and JPMorgan are on the Canton Network.

Step 5

Repeat with Power(N+1) = Power(N) × (K × I × R)

The new infrastructure starts the loop again at 10× to 1000× the prior wave's scale. K=capital concentration, I=information asymmetry, R=infrastructure reach. All three multiply, not add. The E-scale in the engine: 10⁻³ → 10⁰ → 10³ → 10⁶ → 10⁹ → 10¹².

The institutional continuity thread

The loop does not reset between waves. The entities that design wave N+1 are the same entities that captured the flows of wave N. Rockefeller Standard Oil → Rockefeller Center → Chase Manhattan → JPMorgan Chase (wave 3 to present). Morgan Bank → Morgan Stanley → Morgan's successors on every major Wall Street board. The Federal Reserve was designed by the same banking families (Warburg/Kuhn Loeb, Morgan, Rockefeller/National City) who suffered the 1907 panic. They designed the solution that codified their position. This is not conspiracy — it is institutional momentum. Systems compound regardless of who sits in the chair. The engine's curl detector finds this pattern as an extraction asymmetry in the loop topology.
